When I brought this to his attention, he immediately voided the invoice without my asking and put in the OEM screen.

I was self employed for my whole career. Whenever I made a mistake for my customers, I immediately corrected the mistake. Not because I was in fear of a bad review, because I worked B2B. There were no dealings with the public.

Rather, I have a conscience and I knew how I wanted to be treated.

I cannot say enough how amazing they were. They were very responsive, I was able to text them questions leading up to my appointment, and able to give them an idea of what they were walking into and what I wanted done.

When they came, they did their job efficiently, cleanly, and most importantly, carefully to make sure everything worked. Room by room and panel by panel they required the Ethernet cables as necessary, labeled everything as necessary and were able to clean up the hot mess that was in my I.T. box.
