  I was looking for prompt and reliable I. T. service and I found it! My laptop was hacked, it got malicious software installed. Windows support tried removing it, but it... read more did not work. It continued working extremely slow and my security software was not detecting anything wrong.
I called and spoke to Jason, explained situation and he had me drop off the laptop to check it. They got back to me promptly with recommendations and estimate.
They clean it up, change to an SSD and clone it, installed protection software and as a bonus fixed number keypad. Just like Jason said with his recommendations, the computer was going to run fast like new, and it does. It feels like a brand new laptop.
