This must have been an extremely time consuming task because our old computer was in such bad condition. All of this service was done with maximum communication from J & S and with incredible speed. Life never goes perfectly and this leads to the reason that I like J&S. I had a screen replaced on my Lenovo Yoga.
Jason neglected to ask whether or not I... read more was using a stylus on the screen which I do. He wanted to come in with a competitive price so he put on a non-OEM screen and my stylus did not work.
When I brought this to his attention, he immediately voided the invoice without my asking and put in the OEM screen.
I was self employed for my whole career. Whenever I made a mistake for my customers, I immediately corrected the mistake. Not because I was in fear of a bad review, because I worked B2B. There were no dealings with the public.
Rather, I have a conscience and I knew how I wanted to be treated. Jason acted the same, and that is why I highly recommend using him.

I was looking for prompt and reliable I. T. service and I found it! My laptop was hacked, it got malicious software installed. Windows support tried removing it, but it... read more did not work. They got back to me promptly with recommendations and estimate. They clean it up, change to an SSD and clone it, installed protection software and as a bonus fixed number keypad.
